All interactions with your Smart Number automatically create a record and store it under the customer profile. What is the Local Destination Number?
Your Local Destination Number is the internal number the outside world doesn’t see. This is the actual phone (cell or landline) that we route your Smart Number calls to. This allows you to answer calls on your existing phone.
Your Smart Number can even route to an intermediary number known as a PBX that prompts users to press 1 for Sales, 2 for customer service etc. which then daisy chains the call down to subsequent destination numbers.
