Web Form Connection for Lead Integration – Using Mailparser.io

Mailparser.io is a program that is able to extract relevant data fields within an email according to the set parsing rules. What this means basically is that the program will pull any words or phrases out of the email that you instruct it to do. This sort of program is handy for customer relation management and appointment scheduling. You can set up forms on your website for customers to input their personal data. When they click submit, it will send an email forwarded to Mailparser. Mailparser can then pull the relevant information from that email and input it into your Punchey software.

You can follow this link to learn more about getting started, on the Mailparser.io website.

Once you get your e-mail parser working, you will need to set up with Zapier in order to connect with Punchey. Getting set up to send your information to Zapier is easy. You probably won’t have a Zapier account already set up so you will want to head over to their website and create a free account. The next thing you need to do is to create a new “Zap”, which basically means to connect two applications with each other. Each Zap exists of a trigger and an action. As a trigger, you simply choose mailparser.io and as an action the application to which you would like to send the data. If this sounds a bit complicated, don’t worry! Zapier does a great job guiding you through the process!
