Log External Credit Card Transactions

We have introduced the ability to log credit card transactions in our system even if you are using an external credit card terminal. This means that you now can keep accurate tabs on your business’ revenues and expenses even if you don’t use our software for processing. In order to toggle this setting on and off you want to follow these steps.

  1. Click the “Settings” tab on the bottom left, and go to “Software Setup”
  2. On this page you will want to click the “Register Checkout” hyperlink
  3. From here, scroll to the bottom of the screen and check or un-check the box under “Log external credit card transactions”
  4. The video below shows you how to mark invoices as paid using 3rd party terminal.
