Learning how to generate and send estimates/quotes to customers is a critical step for your business.
To start, locate the “Payments” tab from your dashboard and select “Estimates” in the drop-down menu.
On the estimates page (below), you’ll your estimates and have the ability to generate new ones. To create a new estimate, simply click “+ New Estimate.”
You’ll then be prompted to enter customer details and select an action for your estimate. To send your estimate to a customer, select “Email Estimate.”
You’ll then be brought to this page:
Customize your subject and message, then send it to your customer!
After your customer accepts the estimate, its status will change from “Pending” to “Accepted” in your estimates main page.
