How To Edit Appointment Tags

Appointment tags are very helpful in reminding staff of any special information to be considered for any specific booking. If you’re a car detailer, is your customer picking their car up? If you’re a pet groomer, does the pet have any allergies or other special cases? These can all be marked on your calendar using appointment tags. To edit available tags, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Settings” tab and go to “Software Setup”
  2. Click on “Calendar & Resources”
  3. Under “Appointment Features” you will click the blue edit button next to  “Special Booking Tags”
  4. Here you will add as many tags as you want, separating them by comma, and starting with the most frequently used ones (this is recommended but not necessary)
  5.  Click the blue “Save Settings” button
