Appointment tags are very helpful in reminding staff of any special information to be considered for any specific booking. If you’re a car detailer, is your customer picking their car up? If you’re a pet groomer, does the pet have any allergies or other special cases? These can all be marked on your calendar using appointment tags. To edit available tags, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Settings” tab and go to “Software Setup”
- Click on “Calendar & Resources”
- Under “Appointment Features” you will click the blue edit button next to “Special Booking Tags”
- Here you will add as many tags as you want, separating them by comma, and starting with the most frequently used ones (this is recommended but not necessary)
- Click the blue “Save Settings” button
