Punchey would appreciate any opportunity to correct and address your concerns however, you may cancel your account with 30 days written notice by completing our Termination of Service Form.
Termination will be effective after we both receive your Termination of Service Form and you have ceased using our products and services for a period of 30 days.
Termination Process
○ For a termination to be valid, you must submit the completed Termination of Service Form to our support team at support@punchey.com. For convenience this form is attached below.
○ If any free POS hardware has been provided it must be returned in like new condition with packaging to our warehouse within 15 days of termination or you will be charged the retail price of the free hardware provided.
