- Click the “Appointments” tab and go to “Calendar” if you would like to see the current schedule
- Use the dropdown menu at the top of the screen (shown below) to toggle between calendars
- Click the blue “New Booking” button at the top of the screen
- Fill in the Customer’s name
- Select the date and time of the appointment
- Select the vehicle that is being serviced
- Select the service, along with the calendar that it will be assigned to
- If you correctly booked the appointment it should show up in the daily schedule for the day you booked
- Also check the calendar view to ensure it is properly placed there as well
